Pete Aldin
Pete Aldin (Peter J Aldin) is the creator of the CUSET‑DCHC (Envoys) universe, spanning 900 years of future history. He’s also the author of the Doomsday’s Child zompoc series, the werewolf thriller Black Marks, and is a contributor to Chris Kennedy Publishing’s Peacemaker series. His short fiction appears in Andromeda Spaceways Inflight Magazine, IGMS, Niteblade, and Poise & Pen’s ABC Anthologies.
A devoted soccer tragic, he follows Chelsea and Brentford. He’ll cross broken glass to play a board game, and has eclectic tastes in music and literature. Being Australian‑based, he’s basically powered by Vegemite. His favourite reads include Liège‑Killer, The Mote in God’s Eye, Slow Horses, Gorky Park, First Blood, The Speed of Dark, The Street Lawyer, and Graham Greene’s The Power and the Glory.
His earlier career saw him working with migrants, youth, and training companies, designing courses and courseware that continues to be rolled out Australia‑wide—as well writing bid documents for a global logistics firm.

Bryan Chaffin
Bryan Chaffin is the author of the SciFi cyberpunk thriller Accidental Intelligence and the free short story King Liam: First of His Name. Other short stories have appeared in the Neosynthesis anthology and Boundary Shock Quarterly.
In an earlier life, he was editor-in-chief of The Mac Observer for 23 years. He contributed to MacFormat and MacAddict magazines and contributed to and wrote multiple For Dummies titles. He also edited Working Smarter for Mac Users.
He has critiqued dozens of SciFi and fantasy novels, and is an advocate of learning through critiquing others. Some of his favorite books include Hyperion/The Fall of Hyperion, The Song of Ice and Fire, The Devil You Know, Ringworld, and Dune. The Lord of the Rings was pretty good, too.
Bryan lives with his dog Ichabod in Spokane, where they both enjoy the fantabulous pastime of THROW THE DAMNED BALL! It’s a hoot. 10 out of 10 stars. Would recommend. Bring treats. In other news, Bryan loves writing. He loves words. He revels in the power of stories.
